A MESSAGE TO OUR CLIENTS

In these unprecedented circumstances, our priority is the health and wellbeing of our customers, employees, and our partners. In our effort to navigate in these uncharted waters, we have developed a COVID-19 Safety Plan that is constantly evolving to match the challenges of safely re-opening based on real time information from the Local, State, and Federal Government, as well as the Health Institutions, and Scientific Community in the US and around the World:
- E- Tool Box Meetings: We are holding daily electronic-tool box meetings in groups to discuss updates on COVID-19 in our communities, in our personal lives, and our families. We discuss the latest updates, and we encourage employees to bring up any COVID-19 related issues in their personal lives, and their families
- Job Site Safety Plans & Workflow: Each Job is reviewed at the start of the day, and broken down into Job Tasks to identify and resolve any issues with keeping safe social distancing with our Customers, our Techs, and our Partners
- Real -Time Monitoring of Techs Health Status: Techs are provided with Digital Thermometers, and temperatures are recorded at the start of the day, and in intervals of four (4) hours. Employees are encouraged to report any influenzas like symptoms, and to stay home if they do not feel good, and if a member of their family has been contracted COVID-19
- Testing for COVID-19: Any employee reporting influenzas like symptoms is asked to be tested for COVID-19, and when possible, arrangements are made (in the meantime) for the employee to work from home
- Single Point Travelling: All of our Techs commute with company sponsor personal vehicles and travel alone in company service trucks when required by a Job Task. We encourage our Employees to use Public Transportation only when needed. Techs that use Public Transportation are only allowed to work on Job Tasks that can be completed with a single Technician, and customer interaction is limited
- Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): All PPE is provided by the Company. Techs wear masks and safety glasses at all times, shoe covers and gloves in living environments are been replaced every time a task, or work environment is changed
- Disinfecting the Work Environment: When operating in living environments, our Techs disinfect the work area at the start and at the completion of a Job Task. All Service Trucks and Tools are disinfected at the end and at the start of the workday
- Supply Chain Management: Where possible, supply, parts and equipment are ordered on-line with direct drop ship to our Warehouse to avoid direct contact with our Supply Partners
